Refund policy

You may return any product you have purchased to us, that is not in any way altered, in its original condition within 30 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund (minus any shipping paid).

Please note this means that any sealed trading card products CANNOT be returned due to the risk of fraudulent activity. In the event of items being damaged in post we ask the full damaged product be returned and we will endeavor to find a replacement or provide refund. 

Refunds will only be processed to your original payment method that was used to place your order. Refunds for credit/debit card transactions may take up to 5 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
